Parts Specialist.
AJR Trucking is looking for a
Parts Specialist with Heavy Duty trucking experience. We are seeking a reliable individual to manage part inventory for the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and obtain correct parts in a timely manner.
- Assist mechanics in selecting and purchasing parts.
- Manage warehouse Inventory and perform monthly physical counts for all AJR facilities.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
- Participate in weekly meetings for each facility.
- Interact with customers/vendors to ensure AJR is getting the best deal.
- Return all cores and warranty parts as needed.
- Keep track of all open purchase orders. There should be no open purchase order exceeding 90 days.
- Process parts Invoices daily.
- Create a Parts Price with multiple Vendor Prices to ensure we are getting the best prices.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with accounting and inventory tracking software.
- Strong Organizational skills.
- Ability to consistently meet all deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.

Pay Range: $26 - $28 an hour depending on experience.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday.
