We are seeking a Veeva Submission Specialist/Clerk IV for a very important client.

Shift - 1st shift 9am to 6pm - 3 days onsite, 2 days work from home

Pay - $18.69 to $22.70

Job Duties -

  • Performs data linking and supports the companies Ad Agency with electronic submissions into Veeva Vault PromoMats, our integrated digital asset management platform.
  • Following an annotated PDF provided by agency fact checker, links medical claims to published sources via the Veeva Vault PromoMats platform.
  • Confirms that all reference links and associated references are correct
  • Checks that all supporting references are available in Veeva; alerts team to expired references and sends new references to the Veeva librarian for upload into library
  • Ensures submissions comply with company standards and guidelines for electronic job submissions
  • Troubleshoots issues and questions that may arise during the submission process
  • Collaborates with agency account managers, fact checkers, and writers to deliver accurate, compliant submissions
  • The Veeva Submissions Specialist may perform additional data entry functions as appropriate, including preparing Veeva loading sheets, functional review documents, and checking copyright clearance in RightSphere.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Veeva Vault PromoMats submissions preferred, or similar professional experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Previous work in pharmaceutical industry and/or knowledge of medical terminology a plus
  • Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
  • Deadline oriented and organized; able to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively as needed
  • Ability to navigate through multiple technical systems to complete daily tasks

What are the top 3-5 skills requirements should this person have?

  • Veeva PromoMats project submission experience (i.e., linking medical claims in pharma advertising materials to published sources/references using Veeva system)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and able work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
  • Strong, proactive communicator; able to problem solve but asks questions when things are unclear
  • Accustomed to a deadline-driven/agency environment; able to prioritize multiple deadlines per day and alerts team to timing or submission issues
  • Able to work across multiple web platforms independently with minimal supervision

What are the top 3-5 skills requirements that would be nice to have-but not required?

  • Pharma advertising experience
  • Medical terminology knowledge a plus
  • Science background a plus

Education

  • Must have highschool Diploma or GED
