This is a full-time hybrid position based in Nashville or Las Vegas.

Warby Parker is on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Customer Experience (CX) Manager. In this position, you'll work cross-functionally to strategically lead and develop a team of people managers to drive nothing short of amazing employee and customer experiences. Exercising your awareness of the broader business, you'll steer your team toward hitting their personal performance goals and meeting our company's targets. Along the way, you'll have opportunities to share knowledge and manage strategic projects and programs cross-functionally. What you'll do

  • Drive improvements to both individual and team performance and lead efforts impacting the employee life cycle for all roles on our CX Engagement team
  • Establish and report on KPIs and identify opportunities and solutions to consistently meet and improve performance
  • Identify, scope, and lead strategic projects and initiatives that support the objectives and goals of the CX department and the broader organization
  • Clearly communicate to the broader CX team and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment across expectations, priorities, and responsibilities
  • Analyze, report, and present team successes and learnings to leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and external partners
  • Cultivate a deep knowledge of the company and the industry, identifying how the broader strategy influences the success of your team

Who you are:

  • Backed by 5–7 years in a management role at a complex, customer-focused, operationally excellent organization
  • Available to work in a hybrid capacity based on your schedule
  • An excellent communicator who's able to clearly convey a team vision, motivate individuals to take action, and manage change effectively
  • Able to analyze information regarding our business requirements and structure to synthesize meaningful recommendations
  • An energetic, empathetic, influential, and effective manager with the ability to coach and develop others
  • Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
