Brown & Brown is seeking an Insurance Operations Auditor to join our team in Maitland, FL. This role offers a hybrid schedule with advancement opportunities!
The Insurance Operations Auditor is responsible for reviewing, analyzing and making recommendations in regard to the implementation of Brown & Brown best practices throughout all of the Brown & Brown Profit Centers to aid in the prevention / mitigation of E&O incidents for the Company.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Lead and perform Insurance Operations audits of Profit Centers in the Retail & Wholesale Divisions.

Ensure accurate and timely completion of work in preparation for reviews including, but not limited to, review of prior reports, procedures manuals, issuing carrier ratings and exceptions, licensing, websites, & contracts in a timely fashion with high degree of accuracy.

Lead information gathering interviews with Profit Center teammates prior to reviews.

Create and submit effective draft and final reports within specified timeframes.

Demonstrate proficiency in insurance acumen with desire to expand knowledge.

Successful completion of agreed-upon educational designations and initiative to further pursue knowledge enhancement.

Perform retesting / monitoring of Profit Center action plans.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

College degree preferred.
-
2+ years’ experience preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.

Ability to travel up to 30%.
