Summary

This position will be responsible for supporting the marketing initiatives and the priorities of the business. The primary function is to coordinate and implement short and long-term marketing strategies and advertising campaigns in order to create and increase brand awareness, as well as support day-to-day business needs. This role requires excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders to take a project from conception to completion.

Job Responsibilities

• 
  Assist in the planning and execution of strategic marketing plans and campaigns

• Coordinates design and production of marketing projects, such as email campaigns, signage, print ads, flyers, brochures, etc.

• Works with marketing managers and business stakeholders to create and update marketing materials, tailored for different target audiences and marketing channels

• Tracks action items and deliverables for each project while communicating with the marketing managers and business stakeholders

• Ability to brief agencies when applicable by writing creative briefs and project managing the creative/concepts

• Organizes and maintains an inventory and directory of sales support materials, photos, and videos, ensuring all resources are accurate and current

• Other ad-hoc projects

Skills/Knowledge

• 
  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

• Two to three years of experience in marketing

• Detail oriented and organized

• Must be a team player

• Strong communication and writing skills

• Excellent time management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Proficiency in Adobe CC: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
