This opportunity:

The Marketing Coordinator will be involved in projects with our Marketing Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives.

Techno is looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator for our New York office located in Penn Plaza, Manhattan. The duties for the ideal candidate are as follows:

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist the marketing department in preparing proposals and responses to solicitations.
  • Develop and organize, update and format marketing materials (resumes, project sheets, project lists, etc.)
  • Working with the pursuit team to develop original content for inclusion in the proposal or response to solicitation including cover letters, executive summaries and graphics development
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company, resources and conduct, and adhere to Techno's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
  • Develop, organize, update and format Marketing collateral (resumes, project sheets, project lists, etc.) while maintaining consistency, quality, and corporate branding.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and technical leaders.

Tools you’ll need:

  • Experience working with A/E/C companies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Adobe Acrobat.
  • Proficiency in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, is a plus.
  • Must have experience using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
  • An attitude which proactively contributes to and participates in a team environment.
  • Conscientious and flexible, willing to go the extra mile and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Must be a strong team player.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
  • Must have strong written and oral skills
  • Work hours: 8AM to 5PM (Mon- Fri)

Compensation:

The rate of pay for this position and the exact title will vary based on various factors,including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, and comparison to employee already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law.
