Maintenance Supervisor Job at Elmington
Primary responsibilities include the hands- on maintenance of the community,including inspections, repairs and overall maintenance management of the interior/exterior areas. Prepares all make ready apartments, order supplies to management customer requests. Responds to resident's requests with urgency.
Responds to afterhours emergency calls. Works with general maintenance staff in maintaining grounds and all over property appearance. Represents the community and company in a professional manner.
Must have EPA certification and supervisory experience.

Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
