Our property management team is looking to hire maintenance technicians. Christopher Miller Real Estate (www.CMREINC.com) is a flourishing real estate company who manages different leasing properties across the Dallas metropolitan area including Oak Lawn, Lakewood, University Park and more.
In short, we are looking for maintenance technicians/handy-mans that can help out at properties we manage and fix things that come about. Mainly Monday-Friday however being on-call on weekends is a plus.
Skills:
Quality painter and Sheetrock guy
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
MUST HAVE TRANSPORTATION
Prolonged period of standing/walking. Must be able to climb ladder, bend, and crawl.
No certifications/diploma/higher education required. Really chill position just would like a maintenance person who gets the job done!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $26.26 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
