Shift: 6pm-3:30am

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Our company is looking to bring on a detailed, dedicated and dependable Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to join our team. Daily it will be the responsibility of the Associate to fulfill online customer orders throughout the day. This is a pick heavy position. In our fulfillment department, our associates operate multiple equipment to accomplish their order picking. Utilized are stand up forklifts, pallet jacks, rider pallet jacks and cherry pickers to name a few.

  • Heavily utilize RF hand scanners to receive, store, locate and ship customer products
  • Unload and receive inbound shipments utilizing appropriate equipment such as forklifts or hand trucks
  • Count physical inventory and weigh product manifest against RF system
  • Pick and stage product for outbound orders with the correct quantity and item
  • Load outbound shipments
  • Daily physical product inspections to correct any overage/shortage/damage, shipment seals or infestations
  • Operate multiple pieces of equipment to pick orders. Stand up lifts, pallet jacks, riders and cherry pickers
  • Assist in other warehouse work such as re-warehousing, kitting, fulfillment, special projects and cleaning
  • Work as a team to complete the daily work
  • Have a high attention to detail to include focusing on the little things
  • Prepare and label freight to meet customer shipping specifications
  • Conduct job and self with a high degree of professionalism and safety adhering to company policies and OSHA guidelines
  • At times manage stressful situations caused by high customer demands and able to facilitate success in conflict
  • Perform other assignments as necessary to meet the business needs
  • Can count accurately and do simple math (add, subtract, multiply and divide)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Two year’s forklift experience in warehousing or comparable industry
  • Experienced with order picking on a daily basis
  • Experience with RF scanners preferred but not required
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English both verbally and written
  • Able to pass all forklift safety testing requirements
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment warehousing test, drug test and a background screening

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Occasionally complete tasks in a variety of working positions such as reaching, twisting, stooping, crouching and squatting
  • Frequently lift between 20lb-40lbs. Occasionally lift up to up to 70lbs
