Job Description

Environment Control South Sound is looking for an enthusiastic Part Time Sales Lead Generator to join our EC team. As a lead generator you will work closely with the sales team to generate leads and build pipelines in the commercial cleaning market. Your primary duty is to engage, build, and develop new partnerships and business opportunities for EC. We’re looking for a forward-thinking, meticulously organized, and self-motivated sales professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, coachable, and engaging team player with a strong desire to learn and grow their career in sales.

Environment Control is a leading commercial janitorial service provider in the South Sound area. Location: Kent, WA – Environment Control South Sound Office off S 220th St.

Salary: $20.00/hour

Days & Working Hours: Monday-Friday from 9am - 4pm

What you get to do every day:

· Develop, build, and amplify working relationships with industry contacts throughout our service area.

· Create and build strategic referral networks and partnerships focused on providing qualified sales leads.

· Proactively identify and resolve emerging issues and offer solutions by working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and various other EC departments.

· Investigate prospects using face to face interactions, phone calls, and digital communication skills.

· Provide routine updates to leadership on marketing and outreach opportunities.

· Work with the sales team to establish business goals and performance metrics to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.

· Help develop and build out the lead generation role, creating a solid infrastructure for future growth.

· Sustain a working knowledge of all available EC products and services.

Required Skills:

· Experienced – You have 1 or more years in a sales or customer service role with demonstrated successes.
