Raymond Building Supply is seeking a Remote Account Coordinator to join our Millwork team

Raymond Building Supply, a division of US LBM, is a leading distributor of specialty building materials in the United States with various locations all across Florida. Multiple locations seen in Lee, Collier, Sarasota, Polk, Broward and Hillsborough counties in South Florida.

How you will spend you days as a Millwork Coordinator:

  • Collaborate with Account Executives, create quotes from A.E. take-off, sales orders & place P.O.s for special order material
  • Evaluation of suppliers quotes and acknowledgements
  • Extensive research of materials for residential customers
  • Managing budgets, estimates and timeline
  • Provide manufacture support
  • Other tasks as needed by management

  • Must have the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Must be well composed while under pressure, maintaining positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate experience in Microsoft office
  • Ability to read blueprints & have 1+ years experience in millwork product knowledge
  • Experience in residential, estimating, coordinating
