Job Duties:

  • Develop and/or maintain Technician recruitment program by fostering relationships with local high schools and community colleges or other programs.
  • Partner with HR, Service and Hiring Leaders to develop retention and recruitment strategies, understand the culture, position requirements, set expectations, and maintain communications throughout the talent acquisition process.
  • Manage our online recruiting efforts through social media
  • Manage social media posting of technician accomplishments and recognition
  • Partner with community colleges such as BRCC and work with their instructors to support needs
  • Assist management in competitive benefits solutions to attract talent
  • Report progress to management monthly on achieving our hiring goals
  • Lead the effort to follow up with candidates timely and get them onboard
  • Assist HR in onboarding process for all new hires
  • Work with Service Managers to develop and maintain our tech training plans
  • Assist management in ensuring the open positions are identified and ranked by most needed
  • Work with management on the use of applicant tracking system to process our candidates
  • Attends company training as required
  • Maintains a professional appearance
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Bi-Lingual Preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with all levels of the organization and positively influence teams.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. The employee will be required to sit at a desk for long periods of time. Some lifting (<25 pounds) may be required.

In addition, this role is required to travel to career fairs, colleges, and other locations as assigned. Some overnight travel will be required.
