We are rapidly expanding are seeking to fill the following positions:

• Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher (1) and Aide's (2)
• Lead Teachers of all ages
• Mixed age group (2.5-3.5 year old's) Aide
• Full time Aide to help as needed around the building
• Part time afternoon-closing shift of either 2:00-6:00 or 3:00-6:00

Requirements for Lead Teacher:

• Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 45 hours of Child Growth and Development
• 45 hours in Preschool Curriculum
• 45 hours Infant- Toddler Certificate
• Minimum of one year of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare facility or 30 college credits
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of various stages of social, emotional and intellectual development
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, jump, dance, walk, run, reach carry, lift 50 lbs.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development or related field (preferred)

Requirements for Teacher Aide:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Aide orientation, Health & Safety and Covid-19 class must obtain within 90 days of employment (FREE online courses)
• Must be 18 years of age
• No experience necessary, only a love of working with children is required!!

Bambini Montessori Academy is a high-quality inclusive child care center serving ages 6 weeks to 5 years of age. Our center provides developmentally appropriate curriculum to students in a team work environment. We are looking for individuals who are truly passionate about teaching and guiding young children to learn to their fullest potential!
