Position Details:
- 1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday
- Pay Range: $25 per hour starting with a track to $30 after quality requirements are met.
- $2,000 Retention Bonus
What are the Main Job Responsibilities?
- Powder paint complex parts in conformance with specifications and meet daily required production assignments.
- Operate and maintain powder paint equipment within the parameters of the company’s safety standards.
What are the Minimum Qualifications?
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must have some basic math and reading skills
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Must be able to visually inspect parts
- Must be able to lift 30lbs and stand and bend over for long periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation
What are the Preferred Qualifications?
- Experience in a similar function
- Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, strong attention to details, and ability to multi-task and trouble shoot
