Full-time Physical Therapist

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
+Sign-on or loan repayment option + clinician bi-weekly productivity bonus (earn up to $31K annually)

This position is open due to growth. One of our PTs is moving into a leadership role with us!

Our Waterbury clinic is located inside the Neurosurgery, Orthopedic & Spine Specialists building on Chase Parkway. At this clinic, you will have the opportunity to work with a fairly smaller team – 4 other PTs, a therapy aide, and a front office teammate. We see your typical ortho population, but also have vestibular, balance & fall prevention, Parkinson’s, worker’s comp, McKenzie Method, TMJ, dry needling, sports injury screenings, and concussion management. Katelyn, our Clinic Director has been with Ivy since 2018. She has over 5 years of experience as a PT and has worked in outpatient for majority of that time. Katelyn is growing her team and is open to a new grad or seasoned PT to join her in Kingston!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Proof of current or pending state licensure in respective state
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed expectations, learn and grow
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner
  • Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task

The salary range for the role is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and organizational need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
