Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator
Location: Olympia, WA, 98506
Duration: Contract to hire (07+ Months - Possible extension)
Shift: 8:30AM – 5:00PM
Job Description:
- The PCC will be coordinating with the providers and surgery scheduling at SPH to schedule outpatient bronchoscopies.
- They will also be coordinating getting imaging before and after and testing after the procedure if needed.
- This PCC is for the Lung Nodule Navigator program.
- EPIC is a very nice to have.
- They will consent and provide patients with all scheduling information.
- In addition, they will schedule office visits for an assigned provider in the office and help with phones and referrals as back up.
- PCC needs to be organized and available 40 hours a week.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: Up to $21.00 per hour
