Thought Logic is seeking experienced Management Consultants to join our Atlanta, GA, Richmond, VA, and Nashville, TN offices.

Successful candidates should demonstrate leadership and flexibility, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with executive-level clients, project team members, and support staff. Candidates should possess strong core consulting skills and be able to apply critical problem-solving methodology and project management rigor to drive the formulation of strategy and execution of initiatives for our clients.

What you will do:
As an Organizational Solutions Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor in one or more of these capabilities:
Organizational Transformation:
  • Engage business leaders in reimagining their company mission statements, aligning strategic objectives to be competitive with industry trends, and defining future state models for operating the business to improve market position.
  • Guide leaders through defining what “success” looks like for the business and identifying organizational capabilities required for success in the future.
  • Work with business and HR partners to develop detailed org structures, updated job profiles, and associated decision rights, as well as help with the transition to new ways of working which provides employee clarity during a job transition.
  • Develop thoughtful and comprehensive workforce plans that prepare the organization for the transition to new ways of working which drives adoption, and subsequently, optimizes benefits and minimizes business disruptions.
  • Accelerate team formation and productivity through leader assimilation and other team alignment and development activities which enables long-term sustainability of the future state model.
Change Management
  • Align and excite leaders around a common vision and strategy which boosts stakeholder engagement, reduces confusion, increases the speed and quality of processes, and enhances the overall experience.
  • Plan and deliver effective communications to bring stakeholders along the change journey and engage them in the development of the solution which increases buy-in and ownership of the change within primary stakeholder groups.
  • Identify knowledge and skills required to reach desired future state business goals and deploy effective learning and development strategies to bridge the gap between today and tomorrow.
  • Identify stakeholders and respective impacts to their teams/roles(s) associated with the target state changes which helps define transition activities and prepare teams and decreases change resistance, thereby easing the change journey for affected stakeholders.
  • Define meaningful success indicators and adopt measures to enable change programs to pinpoint where change needs to be reinforced in order to accelerate readiness and adoption.
Human Resources
  • Help increase the value that HR provides to the business by defining innovative and engaging programs and processes, such as talent planning, talent acquisition, performance management, workforce engagement, etc.
  • Provide thought leadership around process optimization and change management around systems integrations for HR or that other system implementation that connect/impact HR processes, e.g., ERP.
  • Provide creativity in looking at HR delivery models that elevate the HR partnership model while providing positive workforce experiences
  • Identify critical HR priorities and focus areas, associated targets/indicators, and information required to drive data-driven decisions, especially given today’s work environment.
  • Provide innovative solutions in today’s dynamic work environment to optimize talent retention by looking at alternative workforce solutions and creative engagement.
Qualifications :
  • 5+ years’ experience as a subject matter expert in one or more of these areas: organizational transformation, change management, organizational design, workforce/cultural transformation, leadership development, human capital, organizational effectiveness, learning and development strategy, or communications strategy, preferably in a management consulting or professional services firm.
  • Experience leading large, complex consulting engagements including stakeholder management and be comfortable working in executive level clients
  • Experience and knowledge of principles and methodologies such as Prosci is a plus.
