Responsibilities:

• Lead team members, team leaders, and trainers to execute operational efficiency
• Coach and develop team members and team leaders
• Ensure guest experience exceeds expectations
• Manage a team of 30+ people while utilizing critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Lead opening and/or closing of the restaurant
• Ensure team compliance with all restaurant systems
• Ensure food safety practices and controls are properly executed
• Implement best practices to increase profitability, productivity and overall satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous leadership experience required
• Willing to be coached and mentored
• Be professional and mature
