Oxbo International Corporation is the worldwide leader in specialty harvesters. We design, manufacture, and distribute innovative harvesting equipment and related products for the application, berry, citrus, coffee, field corn, forage, fresh market vegetable, olives, processed vegetable, seed, and vineyard markets

This Industrial Painter position requires the ability to properly prep and paint a variety of substrates by utilizing cleaning chemicals and advanced paint chemistry. The occasional manual preparation to the substrate may need to be performed by using abrasives and pneumatic hand tools.

Industrial Painter Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Ability to perform all prep and masking operations of substrate and components as directed.
• Ability to sort and organize finished and unfinished product by utilizing the provided work packets.
• Accurately testing cleaning agents with the use of Titrate chemicals, PH strips, and other test equipment pertinent to the proper cleaning of materials.
• Ability to work at acceptable productivity levels on a consistent basis without sacrificing quality.
• Ability to properly adjust paint equipment within specified guidelines to meet Oxbo standards.
• Ability to properly mix and test paint viscosity.
• Proper and timely maintenance of spray guns.
• Finishing, checking, testing, and inspecting products with minimal supervision by utilizing color meters or mil gauges.
• Ability to demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in teams both within the department and with other departments.
• Actively communicate with various departments regarding ongoing process improvements.

Successful Industrial Painter applicant will have:

• Knowledge of HVLP spray guns and spray equipment is required.
• A knowledge of polyurethane paints and equipment repair capabilities preferred.
• Auto body painting experience is a plus.

Pay: $24.38 - $27.56 per hour
