About the Role
The purpose of the role is to oversee the scoping, design, management, delivery, and providence of all operations training aspects and KPIs.
The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, ever evolving marketplace and should possess a passion and flair for product knowledge, information, and training management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support and oversee the design and delivery of various operational, mandatory, and regulatory technical trainings to ensure ongoing upskilling, team performance and to meet service group objectives
  • Manage a team of trainers across multiple geographies to ensure that we are the leading service provider across the marketplace
  • Identify and monitor training needs in the operations team
  • Design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure that all staff are trained in effective communication skills and are knowledgeable about the products we offer
  • Onboard, lead, mentor and empower our Operations trainers on product knowledge, backend tools, training and presentation skills, techniques, and methodology
  • Remain current on trends and innovations in learning world
  • Works closely with teams across recruiting, learning and development, and employee management functions to ensure that creative solutions and programs are in place to find and foster talent
  • Report KPI’s and decide improvement plans
  • Working closely with site management to ensure all key processes are captured and documented for training and quality requirements
  • Maintain training registers and regularly report on compliance and training KPIs as required by the business
Essential Functions
  • Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time
  • 5+ year of experience in training. Proven success leading learning teams
  • Qualification in training design / delivery is essential. Experience of developing online learning is desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Competent with MS Office suite
  • Any additional certifications are a plus
  • Experience building effective training plans and processes that support business goals
  • Superior communication skills and confidence in managing varying levels of stakeholders is essential
  • You adapt well to changing needs and priorities and can pivot easily to achieve goals and deadlines
  • Experience working at innovative and fast-paced environment is a plus

Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
