South Fork Housing is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor. This position oversees property maintenance throughout the enterprise. SFH has over 1700 leased spaces in Idaho. The properties include Student Housing at Brigham Young University- Idaho in Rexburg, ID and single-family housing.

The Maintenance Supervisor will primarily be focused on:

· Ensure company safety standards are followed and promoted.

· Train team on maintenance programs, cleaning processes, grounds care and other property maintenance items.

· Oversee the daily activities of direct reports and ensure tenants are satisfied with work performed.

· Inspect interior and exterior of property to ensurethe area meetscompany expectations.

· Develop and implement Preventative Maintenance (PM) programs including weekly, monthly, and annual processes.

· Responsible for all landscaping and snow removal at each site.

· Ensure PM programs maximize the longevity of the facility, facility systems, appliances, and so forth.

· Monitor and manage work order system and ensure tenant’s needs are addressed appropriately and timely.

· Develop and coordinate apartment change over cleaning plan and schedule.

· Monitor change over process and effectiveness.

· Manage and monitor maintenance, cleaning, grounds care and other contractors.

The preferred candidate for the Maintenance Supervisor will have the following:

· Fiveor more years' experiencein Property Management, Operations Management, Maintenance Management,or a related field.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong computer skills and able to learn company systems and processes.

· Adheres to the company’s values and ethical expectations.

· Able to effectively multitask.

· Strong understanding of facility systems and maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, interior and exterior paint, appliance repair, etc.

· Maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
