The AACSB-accredited Grossman School of Business at the University of Vermont invites applications for a full-time position as a Lecturer to teach introductory business courses and other theme or concentration courses as needed. The lecturer is expected to take primary teaching responsibility for the Business Enterprise I course as well as collaborate on and teach other introductory business courses as needed. Candidates should have a minimum of a graduate degree in business or a graduate degree in a related field. Preference will be given to candidates with undergraduate teaching experience, especially in working with introductory business students, as well as professional business experience. The typical course load is 7 sections per academic year and additional service responsibilities (club oversight, committee membership, etc.). The appointment period begins in August 2023.

The Grossman School of Business cultivates and supports about 35 full-time faculty. The University of Vermont is located in Burlington, VT, a small but culturally vibrant and picturesque city that sits on the east side of Lake Champlain with the Green Mountains to the east and the Adirondack Mountains across the lake to the west.
