A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
nAs an IT Support Specialist, you provide exceptional technical support services to our team. You respond to a variety of support requests , including troubleshooting applications, OS installs, system upgrades, password resets, and iOS support. Whether providing assistance in person or remotely, your friendly, helpful attitude always comes through.
nYou go onsite to configure or inspect products and services. As new and existing technologies are rolled out, you provide support and training to various internal departments. You love using your critical thinking skills to provide solutions. Most of all, you enjoy being an essential member of a friendly and knowledgeable team that helps our organization thrive!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field n
- Microsoft certifications relevant to the current technology and systems n

- 3+ years of previous experience supporting relevant technologies and systems n
- OR the equivalent combination of experience, education, and certifications n
