Compensation and Benefits

Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $3,832

Full CSU Classification Salary Range: $3,832 - $6,650 per month

• Initial appointment will be on a 12 month pay plan (salary range: $4,180 – $7,254 per month) from the date of hire through the end of the July 2023 pay period. At the beginning of the August pay period, the appointment will change to an 11/12 pay plan whereby the incumbent will work 11 months per year and are paid 12 months (11/12) with each subsequent July off.
• This position is not eligible for remote work pursuant to Fresno State's remote work guidelines and the CSU policy requiring that all work be performed within the State of California.

The CSU system provides a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision plans, membership in the California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS), sick and vacation time, and 14 paid holidays a year. • Track and maintain art inventory.

Education and Experience

• Equivalent to three years of related experience providing instructional support services or in producing
  materials or supplies or repairing equipment in a discipline related to 2D areas and Galleries, OR
• Equivalent to two years of college with 16 semester units in courses involving extensive use of materials,
  supplies, or equipment and in a discipline related to the area may be substituted for one year of the required
  experience, OR
• Equivalent to four years of college with 16 semester units in courses involving extensive use of materials,
  supplies, or equipment and in a discipline related to the area to which assigned may be substituted for two
  years of the required experience.

Following a conditional offer of employment, a background check (including a criminal records check) must be completed satisfactorily before any candidate may start work with California State University, Fresno.
