The Human Resources Representative will provide confidential administrative and clerical assistance in all functional areas of the Office of Human Resources for Four Queens and Binion's and Magoo's Gaming Group and Skinny Dugan's.


Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or the equivalent.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Screening incoming telephone calls.
Work front counter, assisting with fellow employee's requests for name tags, badges, parking passes, direct deposits, and change in address forms, etc.
Assists in Data Entry to the JDE system for all human resources transactions. Ex: Address changes, renewal of Gaming and Non Gaming, Etc.
Conducts pre-screening and new hire processing ensuring compliance with established human resources operating procedures.
Ensures that all required documentation, to include I-9's, Gaming Registration, Health, TAM, and Non-Gaming Registration, are current before processing new hires.
Processing of all necessary forms in orientation for new hires.
Coordinates with payroll on new hires for Four Queens, Binions, Magoo's Gaming Group and Skinny Dugan's.
Input of all new hires into JDE system.
Support the Human Resources department with special projects as needed.
Responsible for all other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

Specialized Work Experience

Must be detail-oriented, organized, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Microsoft Office and Excel experience a must. Excellent communications skills and 100% customer service focused. Must be able to stand, sit, bend, stoop and lift up to 25lbs.
1-year of Administration experience is a must. Required to be able to obtain/maintain a State of Nevada Gaming License.
