Position Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree, and 2+ year's human resources experience required or a combination of leadership and education in HR. Must have a basic understanding of Federal, State and local laws and regulations. Incumbent must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form, possess high-quality verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively handle a variety of HR tasks. Must be computer proficient, Microsoft Office required, web savvy, and have the ability to function effectively within a leadership role and with the entire organization. Must possess the ability to learn proprietary programs. Must have strong project management skills and maintain all information regarding staff personnel files, manage, inventory and track all required certifications and training requirements; and coordinate with appropriate internal departments to ensure compliance with document retention policy.

Job Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator assists and leads a variety of Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented environment and encourages core values of; accountability, respect, innovation, and staff that are good stewards of resources and assets and who strives for excellence. The HR Coordinator has a specific focus on leading the orientation and on-boarding process, manages payroll maintenance and submission at the community level.

DUTIES:

Process bi-weekly payroll in Ultipro

Provide job postings, preliminary screening and processing of applicants.

Work with candidates to ensure all pre-employment paperwork is completed

Conduct new hire orientation

Maintain accurate personnel files

Ensure staff certifications/licenses are current

Perform clerical functions related to Human Resources Department.

Assist with consultation and facilitation of employee issues.

Maintains professional presence when representing Ingleside at Rock Creek; exhibits degree of professionalism consistent with standards in performance, behavior, and appearance.

Demonstrates professional development/skills competency in all activities.

Complies with Ingleside at Rock Creek established safety rules and practices.
