Holly Hill Pharmacy is seeking talented individuals for our Home Infusion Per Diem RN opportunity. We are providing specialized infusion therapy services in patient homes and in our ambulatory infusion suite. This position will cover all of Volusia and Flagler County.

Responsibilities:

• You must be able to work at least 10 hours per week (may include some early evenings and weekends with on-call duty)
• Be able to travel to provide infusion nursing for patients in their home or ambulatory infusion suite
• Teach patients and their caregivers how to be confident and independent with their infusion therapy.

• Be a team player - collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other nurses on the patient's plan of care and treatment, communicating status changes and implementing new orders as received.

Required Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Florida
• At least 1 year of experience working as an RN in a clinical setting that provides infusion therapy
• Proficient computer skills
• Proficient communication
• Willing and able to work independently in home or alternate-site settings
• Reliable transportation that will enable travel to customer and/or patient sites
• If hired, this position requires the AHCA Level II background check (fingerprinting) by the state of Florida.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience administering infusion therapy in a home or alternate-site setting
• Knowledge of the Infusion Nursing Society (INS) standards of practice, policies, and procedures
