Summary:
Goldbelt Nisga’a Tek, LLC is seeking a Food Service Instructor to provide support for individual and collective training events performed within RTS-Med.
Responsibilities:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Serves as Subject matter expert and primary instructor for Hospital Center Nutrition Care and Food Service course material
  • Serves as the primary instructor for the Army Food Safety and Sanitation Course
  • Serves as the primary instructor for the Field Sanitation Course
  • Serves as the primary instructor for all field equipment related to Field Feeding Operations
  • Serves as a primary instructor for OHIT for Medical Dietary and Meal Orders
  • Serves as a primary y instructor for core DEPMEDS courses
  • Serves as an assistant instructor/trainer for Site Organic Driver’s Training courses
  • Serves as the sub hand receipt holder and is responsible for RTS-MED site field feeding equipment.
Qualifications:

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Shall have experience with the military training concepts and organizational structure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Recent experience as a 68M or 92G series MOS in the Army or sister service equivalent

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a Military NCO or Officer course
  • Minimum four (4) years of recent experience with the military as a Commissioned or Non-Commissioned Officer (E-5 or above) in charge of Field Feeding Operations
  • Shall possess or obtain food safety and sanitation course instructor certification with 180 days of hire
  • Shall possess or obtain CDL within 180 days of hire
  • Shall obtain rough terrain forklift license within 90 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.


The salary for this position is $24.31/he.
