Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst Job at Holon Health, Inc.
Job Summary:
Holon Health, Inc. is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning support to our management team, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. The role will require strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and decision-making
- Analyze and report on financial performance, including variance analysis, budget vs. actuals, and trend analysis
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and other tools to monitor and communicate financial performance to key stakeholders
- Assist in and support the capital raise process
- Support the development of strategic initiatives, including scenario analysis and financial impact assessments
- Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis and planning
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop and maintain complex financial models
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis software/tools
- Experience working in a startup environment or healthcare industry a plus
