Role: Accounting/Financial Operations Specialist
Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA
Responsibilities and duties:
- Support financial operations in tracking annual capital and expense spending, including annual budgeting.
- Develop and manage important financial templates, including reports, for ad hoc team tasks.
- Collaboration with Finance & Operations units, including Purchasing, Accounting, Legal, Tax, Engineering, and HR, requires communication and cross-team cooperation.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, finance, business, or related fields
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience or at least five years of professional experience
- Proficient with computer software programs including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- San Jose, CA 95113: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
