Merrill Services is currently seeking full-time Driver Assistants who are looking to join an award-winning transportation logistics company. Driver Assistants are to assist delivery drivers in the safe and timely handling and delivery of packages to businesses and residential areas.
Merrill Services Inc is a contracted service provider for FedEx Ground + Home Delivery, and runs 25 routes throughout Central Ohio.
Driver Assistant Responsibilities:
Driver Assistants are to help delivery drivers in the loading of the trucks prior to dispatch with the direction and aid of the assigned driver.
Driver Assistants are held to the same standards of the drivers for safety and compliance within the contractor and FedEx Ground agreements.
Driver Assistants are held accountable to fulfill their assignments.
Driver Assistant Requirements:
Driver Assistants must pass a criminal background check in order to be eligible for employment.
No experience required.
Driver Assistant Benefits:
Weekly paychecks at a starting rate of $115/day.
