How YOU will make an impact everyday:

Run complex extrusion jobs on various machines and troubleshoot extrusion equipment.

Leads the department in the supervisors absence.
-
Maintain safe, clean, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures. Join our safety mission of JOURNEY TO ZERO to help keep each and every employee safe every day.

Trains and mentors new employees. Ensures all extrusion lines have necessary work orders and documentation.

Actively listen and communicate both verbally and written for status of production runs and all other work responsibilities.

Qualifications for YOU to be successful:

High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution preferred or equivalent experience
-
3-5 years in medical grade extrusion manufacturing or equivalent manufacturing experience
-
Working experience in a FDA or ISO regulations and high level of understanding and compliance with Cleanroom Environment, Good Documentation Practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Interpersonal skills (coaching, mentoring, leading, managing, communication)

Works on problems of limited scope. Follows established practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.

Fosters an environment with heavy emphasis on GMPs within our QMS system
