Job Title: Production Laborer - Temp-to-Hire
Pay rate: $21/hr DOE
Schedule: 2nd Shift - 1:00PM-11:30PM, Monday through Thursday

Madden Industrial Craftsmen, the premier staffing firm for trades and skilled trades, is currently seeking candidates who are looking for a new career opportunity for the position of Production Laborer.
This is a temp-to-hire position in the Redmond area. The successful candidate will be responsible for removing excess metal and surface defects from metal parts by polishing, grinding, and cleaning, as well as performing a variety of operations to grind, refine, polish, and deburr surfaces of metals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deburring, grinding, and part breakout with multiple types of hand tools
- Consistently lifting and moving parts weighing up to 50 pounds
- Thoroughly following work orders and job instructions
- Occasionally operating forklifts
Job Qualifications:
- Ability to read and understand job travelers and use precision measurement equipment
- Demonstrated ability to read and understand English
- Proficient shop math skills (accurate with decimals and fractions)
- Manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
