Join the team at Piper Shores as a Server in our Oceanfront retirement community in Scarborough! Pay starts at $15 with no experience needed, and increases based on years of experience for a high earning potential. As a member of the Food & Nutrition team, you will serve lunches and dinners to our residents and their guests, and will help prepare to-go orders. Additionally, as we re-open our Dining Room, servers will be taking care of our residents in a fine dining setting. No late nights required!

Essential Job Duties:

A warm smile, excellent customer service skills, ability to multitask, reliable work ethic, and desire to serve seniors, are a must. Experience is preferred, however, we will train the right candidate. This is great opportunity for a conscientious, reliable individual who would enjoy serving our wonderful retirement community.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
• Ability to interpret and explain menu, refer or answer questions, coordinate meal service process and understands requests.
• Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor and peers. Requires courtesy, tact and graciousness.
