Data Verification Clerk

MarketNsight is a Research and Statistics firm providing On-Demand feasibility analysis for home builders, developers, real estate brokers, investors, and bankers. We are looking for individuals to work with who will help us provide an excellent product for our customers.

This remote, work from home, position’s purpose would be to validate and verify data loaded into the MarketNsight system.

Responsibilities:

· Verifying monthly quantitative real-estate data
· Examining records and properly categorizing record types
· Selecting and inputting correct data fields
· Accurately reviewing data and identifying exceptions
· Researching and validating real estate data

Requirements:

· Strong time-management and communication skills
· High attention to detail
· Excellent problem solving and critical thinking
· Experience working in Excel and/or Google Sheets
· Remote, work from home setup that includes reliable equipment and high- speed internet

Starting Salary: $10 / hour with performance based review after 4 weeks.

Job Type: Contract

Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week.

Specific daily hours are flexible, however, deadlines must be met.
