Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour
Contract Length of Assignment: March 2023 – August 2023 (possibility to extend)
Hours: Monday-Friday; 8:00am-4:45pm (Lunch 12:00-12:45)

Job Description:
Input data for new variable and fixed annuity paperwork by entering data into administrative systems.
Carries out duties in compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines.
Complies with all company and site policies and procedures.
Makes a positive contribution as demonstrated by, making suggestions for improvement, and learning new skills, procedures and processes.
Performs other duties as required.
Remains current in profession and industry trends.
Non-exempt position eligible for overtime if required

Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 4-6 years’ experience with high volume data entry
  • Attention to detail, quality of work, flexible learning style
  • Research drive, attention to detail, Basic excel skills, basic math
  • Must have experience with Excel, Outlook, shared drives and AWD, BocaSoft (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
  • Detail oriented with good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Equipment will be provided for assignment
  • Must have high speed internet and connect hard wire
