Customer Service Representative/Collections Job at Revenue Reporting Services
We are currently looking to hire Customer Service Representatives/Collectors for our new Olean location.
The positions are full time, Monday-Friday with a schedule of Monday-Thursday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am - 3:00 pm. Previous experience is not required and these positions come with an hourly rate as well as bonus structure. Collector monthly bonuses range between $300.00-$2,000.00 typically and are based on your work ethic and determination to make money.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Collectors are expected to make 150+ calls daily, get individuals on the phone with outgoing calls as well as returned call backs from messages left. You are required to close your own calls as well as helping out with second talk offs for teammates who need assistance. We would request you are trained on FDCPA Guidelines and are compliant with all calls. You will have skip tracing tools available to you to assist with getting as many people on the phone as possible.
