A Step Above N Beyond Cleaning Service is a small business in Summerville, SC. We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technician to join our team.

As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients. We understand that our employees have families and other commitments, so we provide a flexible schedule that allows our employees to have input on their work schedules.

This is a Monday through Friday position, with the option to schedule work on Saturdays if desired. We are looking for candidates who go above and beyond to provide exceptional service, and who are committed, responsible, and proactive in their work. Our ideal candidate is someone who is thorough in their work, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in their work.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer yearly bonuses and birthday bonuses to our employees. We also send surveys to our clients to get feedback on our service and provide a small incentive to our employees if the feedback is positive. Our leadership team is generous and supportive, and we expect a high level of service for all of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and break rooms
• Empty trash and recycle bins
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
• Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
• Communicate effectively with clients and management
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Have access to a vehicle
• Driver’s License
• Vehicle Insurance
• Fluent in English (Reading and Writing)
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
