Raze Therapeutics is seeking a dedicated and passionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our team in a 20-bed facility. This is a full-time position, working night shift from 10 PM to 6 AM, with a weekly schedule of 40 hours. The successful candidate must hold an active CNA certification and be registered with the Minnesota Department of Health.
Responsibilities:
Provide quality care to patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse
Administer medication and assist with activities of daily living
Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure HIPPA compliance
Keep updated with the latest medical procedures and treatments
Report any changes in patient condition to the nurse in charge
Qualifications:
Must hold a current CNA certification in MN
Registered with Minnesota Department of Health
2-step Mantoux test up to date
Background check
HIPPA competency
Influenza vaccination during the season
