We are seeking a Caregiver that embodies our core values of Character, Compassion, Commitment, Communication and Consistency by providing the highest standard of care and first-class customer service.

In the role of Caregiver you will provide excellent direct care to our residents on a daily basis. The incumbent will ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our residents in accordance with company procedures and standard. Perform various other resident-focused tasks as assigned.

Schedule: 12-hour shift, 7:00 pm - 7:00 am, days will vary, weekend availability

Rate of pay: Starting rate is $13.00 - $15.00 per hour depending on experience. Competitive shift differential for overnight shifts

Requirements

Education/Experience:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening.
