- Use companies' tools and procedures to enhance client relationships and increase companies' business.
- Manage and coach a team of representatives to better drive best practices into meeting company goals.
- Create performance improvement plans for team.
- Stay organized, focused and highly disciplined.
- Demonstrate accountability and strong work ethic.
- Support in recruitment of the company by networking and interviewing potential candidates to the firm.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field
- 5 years + of management experience with proven development and leadership
- Self-starter mentality
- Ability and willingness to get FINRA licensed within 90 days of employment. (If you don't have them already)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
