Full Job Description

We are looking for professional individuals to join our Business Development/Customer Service department at Carey Paul Honda . We acquire hundreds and hundreds of leads per month to be processed. Our Business Development position requires a keen sense of urgency to customer requests or inquiries funneling through to our dealership. You will be required to:

  • Identify and assess customer needs to exceed satisfaction
  • Meet personal/teams targets and call handling quotas
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Fielding basic questions/concerns and setting appointments

Preferred Qualifications:

-This position has a base hourly pay of $15 + Bonus Pay Plan.

Responsibilities and Duties

Job Duties:-Welcome visitors and customers by greeting appointments and referring them to the appropriate person or department. -Maintain strict BDC call and email standards.-Handle all incoming calls & administrative duties as well as working closely with customers.-Work closely with sales and service associates following through on all internet leads, showroom customers and phone calls on a daily basis.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum Qualifications:-High School Diploma-Excellent PC skills-Must be able to effectively complete tasks in a deadline-driven environment.-Strong verbal and written communication skills.-Strong organization with great attention to detail.-Self Motivated individuals.-Pleasant phone voice with great people skills.-Must be able to handle a fast paced environment. -Must have an energetic phone personality and able to handle irate customers- Must be able to work full-time hours, some evenings, Saturdays, and/or Sundays. Depending on which position you choose.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15 per hour + Bonus Pay
