Bartender- Nouvelle Brewery Job at Travail Kitchen and Amusements
Travail Kitchen and Amusements is looking for a bartender with strong beer knowledge for our Nouvelle Brewery, located in downtown Robbinsdale.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve beer and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Maintain clean bar area, following opening or closing duties as needed
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Act with urgency as part of a team
- Assist with front of house duties as needed (running food, bussing, etc)
Skills
- Previous experience as a bartender
- Beer knowledge a plus
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
