Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate Manufacturing Operations Analyst - Staffing (Level 2) to join the 767/EMC team based out of Everett, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist with activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent issues in support of specific operations.
  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
  • Provides limited feedback on assessment results.
  • Support the organization to implement strategies and plans.
  • Works under general supervision.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 1+ years’ experience with Lean principles and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years’ experience in the aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing industry.
  • 3+ years’ experience with Lean principles and continuous improvement.
  • 1+ years’ experience with the Boeing Production System.

Typical Education/Experience:
Bachelor's and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: $66,300 – $89,700
