Oversee the Branches and direct the delivery of an operationally strong, economically efficient member experience that is responsive to member financial needs and goals building the member’s confidence in Sunmark and its staff.


This position will involve regular travel to the branches both local and remote, for the purpose of staff and operational inspection, as well as to facilitate coaching and development of management and staff within the branches.


  • Acts as a collaborative leader and role model, supervising the Member Relationship Managers to ensure that staff are coached toward appropriate behavior and successful job performance, ensuring group and individual key results are obtained.
  • Coach and motivate management and staff to exceed member expectations with every interaction.
  • Participates in the development, implementation, communication and refinement of sales, service, operational, security and risk management objectives, procedures and internal controls to maximize sales, service and operational effectiveness and efficiency in support of a consistently superior level of service quality to members.
  • Develops and analyzes various statistics and uses technology to monitor sales and branch activity levels and trends, including branch profitability, relationship profitability (and drivers), numbers of transactions, transaction types, operational errors, loan volume, sales, cross sell, new accounts and retention.
  • Oversees all aspects of the security, maintenance, compliance and Risk Management for the Branches program.
  • Prepares, implements, and supervises the budget for the branches.


The ideal candidate will have a college degree plus a minimum of 5yrs financial management experience, overseeing a multi branch environment is preferred. Strong ability to develop, monitor and enforce goals. MS Office proficiency. Ability to make recommendations and/or effectively resolve problems.
