We are looking for a Cleaning Technician to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness of our clients homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in window cleaning and exterior pressure washing, and be able to use a variety of cleaning equipment and supplies. Responsibilities include window cleaning, carpet cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and other misc. cleaning activities. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

This will be a seasonal job (Full time Spring, Summer, Fall. Half time in Winter), with opportunities to grow into sales and management positions.

Responsibilities:

• Clean windows, screens, and tracks
• Pressure wash driveways
• Soft wash roofs, and be comfortable with heights
• Clean carpets
• Soft wash siding
• Drive company vehicles, and keep them in clean condition
• Be self motivated
• Ability to upsell and offer additional services to clients.

Take- home vehicles may be included depending on where you live. We do not have a shop location at this time. Most of the travel will be from your home, to the project in the company vehicle, or at a general meeting spot.

Must have a reliable form of transportation and have a clean personal and driving record.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
