Position Summary/Position

This role is responsible for maintaining content and building pages in our Content Management System (CMS): Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). As the Web Content Publisher, this position will be responsible for working with the Director of Brand Design & Experience, as well as key stakeholders to maintain content on all IEHP portals. This position will also interface regularly with our developers to provide requirements for new website features in support of those designs. The incumbent must possess excellent relationship building skills to develop a solid partnership with the digital team and communication teams to ensure content on all IEHP’s portals are up to date and streamlined. Major Functions (Duties and Responsibilities)

1. Manage the update and creation of content within IEHP’s content management system to ensure accurate information on IEHP’s portals.
2. Use Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to maintain and recommend updates to existing and new templates and components within the CMS.
3. Provide input and recommended best practices for the implementation and roll-out of new products and features. Recommend suggestions for flow of content and work with stakeholders to keep content updated.
4. Ensure excellent user digital experience across multiple platforms. Address and resolve applicable platform limitations.
5. Source, review, and select stock images to support content published on IEHP portals.
6. Update and copy via HTML on WordPress sites that are not in AEM to ensure accurate content publication.
7. Use knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices to streamline published content.
8. Support the development and reporting on publishing volume, portal breakdown, etc.
9. Provide feedback to Marketing teams about necessary features or functionality based on Marketing and Experience needs. Major Functions (Duties and Responsibilities) Cont Supervisory Responsibilities Leading: Self Experience Qualifications

Five (5) years of experience in web design. Experience with HTML. Preferred Experience

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience preferred. Education Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CIS from an accredited institution required. Preferred Education Professional Certification Professional Licenses Drivers License Required Yes, must have a valid California Driver's License. Knowledge Requirement

Knowledge of content management applications and creative marketing tools is a plus. Understanding of industry standards best practices for publishing content. Understanding of online content and SEO strategies. Skills Requirement

Able to communicate with technical staff and understand requirements quickly. Good planning and organizational skills. Excellent language skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic graphic and web design skills. Abilities Requirement

Position is eligible for Hybrid work location upon completing the necessary steps and receiving HR approval. All IEHP positions approved for telecommute or hybrid work locations may periodically be required to report to IEHP’s main campus for mandatory in-person meetings or for other business needs as determined by IEHP leadership. A reasonable salary expectation is between $61,422.40 and $78,312.00, based upon experience and internal equity.
