This position is fulltime and onsite

As a Representative, you will:

  • Identify client needs and goals to provide a sense of security and safety surrounding their financial life.
  • Develop meaningful long-term mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Gain knowledge about the financial products Northwestern Mutual offers as well as financial market trends.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously grow a portfolio of clients.
  • Provide first-class client experiences.

Compensation is 100% commission-based but includes stipends and bonuses. It allows you to control what you want to earn at any given time in a high-growth career. In addition, you may become eligible for the following benefits:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution preferred
  • MUST live in Tri-State Area (NYC, Varying counties within NJ and CT)*
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • 3-5 years of sales/business or customer service experience preferred
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence
  • An entrepreneurial spirit/desire to manage your own business and be accountable to your results

Pay: $82,000.00 - $113,506.19 per year
