Job Responsibilities :
- Lead technical analysis and prototyping of new data platforms including AWS S3, Redshift, and Snowflake, in the context of migrating from Chase's existing technical infrastructure to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Work with engineering teams to understand their roadmaps and provide necessary program support to accelerate our migration to cloud-first platforms.
- Act as a strategic advisor, taking a long view on the implementation of technologies such as data warehousing, data management & governance, data integration, big data, business intelligence, and machine learning to drive sustainable business growth.
- Build programs to ensure that new cloud-first platforms maximize business value while adhering to risk and control requirements.
- Prepare technical development roadmaps and stakeholder communications around key recommendations
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills :
- 6+ years' related experience with Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years' experience as a Technical Program Manager
- Deep experience with query or analytical programming languages (SQL, Athena), AWS services, and cloud migrations
- Experience with agile development
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills :
- Good understanding of the Home Lending Industry
- Master's degree in computer science, business (MBA), data science/statistics, or similar
- Experience with business processes, risk management, and control requirements
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
