This position is on the Award-Winning Chase Marriott Cobrand Card team within the Partner Card organization of Chase Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking Group. This role will report directly to the Executive Director, Marriott Cobrand Portfolio.

Job responsibilities

The Vice President, Portfolio & Lifecycle Marketing is an experienced leader who will create customer value and support business growth by marketing the right products, features and benefits to the right cardmembers at the right time. They work closely with finance, analytics and customer service to be the expert on the performance of each individual product within the portfolio and the performance of cardmembers on each of the products. They will identify the "moments that matter" and create strategies to support engagement across all phases of the customer's card and loyalty program lifecycle, and across products to delivery against P&L objectives. They will develop and execute marketing campaigns to support benefit awareness and top of wallet behavior, while deepening the cardmember's relationship with Chase and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.
  • Credit card lifecycle marketing, portfolio or product marketing (consumer)
  • Analytical marketer that effectively uses data to inform marketing/business strategies
  • Proven ability to identify relevant research insights translate to tangible actions
  • Customer-obsessed, solutions-oriented, creative problem solving mindset
  • Exceptional business acumen with proven track record of developing and implementing successful customer centric growth strategies
  • Results-focused with attention to detail and bias towards action
  • Demonstrated leadership; self-starter effective at prioritizing, managing multiple complex initiatives concurrently and deliver strong results

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience on portfolio marketing, consumer lifecycle marketing, product marketing, preferably in credit card, banking, digital and/or payments
  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA or other master's degree preferred
  • Partner marketing / credit card cobrand experience strongly preferred
  • Strong proficiency in developing executive level presentation materials and using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Must be able to travel 5-10% of the time
